Hodmas University College needed a brand-new online presence to showcase its degree programs, campus life, and admissions process. Working closely with their academic and communications teams, Zifala built a fully responsive website from the ground up—one that speaks directly to prospective students and empowers the college staff with an intuitive content-management system.

The Chalange
The college’s previous site was static, hard to update, and offered no guided experience for applicants. Pages loaded slowly on mobile, prospective students struggled to find program details, and the admissions team spent hours manually processing inquiries.
What did Zifala do
Zifala began with a comprehensive discovery phase, facilitating stakeholder workshops with leadership, admissions, and IT teams and mapping user journeys to pinpoint key flows for information discovery and application inquiries. From there, we crafted a mobile-first, accessible design complete with clear calls to action and interactive wireframes for program search and application steps. On the development side, our team implemented a pixel-perfect front end using React and Tailwind CSS, while building a robust Laravel 11 and Inertia.js backend to enable seamless server-driven navigation. We also developed a dynamic Program Finder—capable of filtering by faculty, duration, and learning mode—and integrated automated inquiry and application forms. Finally, we deployed the site to DigitalOcean using GitHub Actions and Forge for CI/CD and provided hands-on training sessions so the communications team could confidently manage and update content going forward.
