Building a Data-Driven Youth Development Platform with Power BI
14/02/2025The YouthHub platform is a testament to our dedication to fostering youth development, education, and civic engagement. We collaborated closely with government officials and youth organizations to design and develop an online hub that provides Somali youth with access to mentorship programs, entrepreneurship opportunities, and leadership training.
Beyond just building the platform, Zifala Technologies invested in ensuring scalability, security, and accessibility, making it a seamless experience for users from different backgrounds. By implementing modern UI/UX principles and mobile responsiveness, we have created a space where young individuals can explore resources, connect with like-minded peers, and become active contributors to Somalia’s future.
Our collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports (MOYS) was built on a shared commitment to empowering Somali youth through digital innovation. Working closely with MOYS, we developed YouthHub as a centralized platform that aligns with national youth policies, providing young people with access to education, employment, mentorship, and leadership opportunities. Through continuous engagement, policy alignment, and iterative development, we ensured that YouthHub reflects the needs and aspirations of Somali youth, making it a powerful tool for youth engagement and policy advocacy.

From designing an interactive user experience to implementing robust content management features, we ensured that every aspect of YouthHub meets the highest standards of usability and effectiveness.
